<p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Support the mission, teachings and ethos of Catholic education</li><li>Previous experience in a school environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Experience using Sas2000 and/or Compass programs</li><li>A sound knowledge and understanding of school financial management, including maintaining budgets, processing invoices, payments, school fees, reconciling and management of school financial accounts and preparation of reports</li><li>Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with sensitivity</li><li>Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing school requirements and needs</li><li>Provide a positive and welcoming environment to maintain and promote school enrolments</li><li>Current First Aid Certificate</li><li>Current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC number)</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with School Census processes</li><li>Experience with PHRIS management, PHRIS staffing changes, casual timesheets and staff contracts</li><li>Knowledge of enrolment processes</li><li>Experience in contract preparation for external suppliers</li></ul><p><br /></p>
