The Head of Secondary is a dynamic and contemporary leader who initiates innovative, and effective student wellbeing and fosters an innovative and future focussed, contemporary student centred learning environment. Leading the Secondary School, the Head of Secondary is instrumental in the delivery of a high quality Christian education in the Lutheran tradition. In doing so, they encourage all in the community to learn, care and achieve, to bring glory to God and serve the world in love. The Head of Secondary is a highly organised and collaborative member of the College Executive Team. The College Executive are responsible for leading the school community to develop a culture of welcome and inclusivity, a culture where learning is innovative in a contemporary and authentic context and where students are valued.
