<p>Our school community is entering a redesign phase with refurbishment of our facilities into creative, flexible learning spaces. We are investing heavily in staff professional development and building a learning community that is underpinned by a whole school approach to excellence in outcomes and growth in our students. We are on a learning journey that focusses on a Human Centred Design approach, implementing design thinking and using thinking strategies to inspire and develop empathy in our students. We strive to motivate our students to be critical, creative and independent learners. </p><p> </p><p>Our school improvement strategies are based on data and current best practice.
