Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Teacher and Leader to take on this full time permanent position commencing 1 January 2021.

<p>Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Teacher and Leader to take on this full time permanent position, Pastoral Care Coordinator Junior Years (P-6), commencing 1 January 2021. </p><p>We welcome applications from individuals who are curious, courageous and Christ-led and have a genuine commitment to professional and personal growth and development. The applicant should be able to: </p><p>• Support the Christian Ethos of the College </p><p>• Demonstrate strong Leadership </p><p>• Demonstrate excellence in pastoral and restorative practices and associated programs </p><p>• Have a strong working knowledge in areas of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and the use of ICT’s. </p><p>• Work cooperatively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community </p><p>• Provide excellent pastoral care to students </p><p>• Be registered to teach in Queensland </p><p>Applications should include: </p><p>• a current curriculum vitae; </p><p>• contact details; </p><p>• a copy of professional qualifications; </p><p>• a copy of your current registration card from Queensland College of Teachers; </p><p>• Names and contact details of three (3) referees inclusive of current Pastor. </p><p>• 2 page maximum response to selection criteria (see below): </p><p>Your response should address the following criteria: </p><p>• SC.1 Engagement with Pastoral and Restorative practices in a Junior School setting; </p><p>• SC.2 Pastoral and Restorative Practice implementation and innovation developing contextually specific programs; </p><p>• SC.3 Capacity to lead teaching teams; </p><p>• SC.4 Willingness to support the Christian Ethos of the College.</p><p>Redeemer Lutheran College is committed to the wellbeing and safety of students in its care.
