Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a Design & Technology Teacher / Learning Leader with significant experience as a teacher in a secondary school environment, and working with students from Years 7 - 12. Experience in a school leadership position would be advantageous, as would the ability and desire to teach in additional learning areas. This fulltime continuous opportunity will commence in January 2021.

<p>This role is a teaching position responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation, and delivery of an appropriate instructional program in a secondary learning environment. In addition, the position holds leadership responsibility to provide management and oversight of the Design &amp; Technology learning area, ensuring compliance with Australian curriculum requirements, improvement of student learning outcomes for all participating cohorts, and ensuring that the aims and objectives of the College are embraced and embedded within the learning area. </p><p>While the teaching load of this role will focus predominately on the Design &amp; Technology curriculum, teachers with experience and desire to teach in one or more additional learning areas would be well received.
