<p><b>SPECIFIC CRITERIA </b></p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in an inclusive team in the School’s Learning Support model. </p><p>• Ability to establish positive relationship with students, staff and parents. </p><p>• Ability to work with and support a Kindergarten student with special learning and/or behavioural needs </p><p>• Ability to work flexibly with individual students, small groups and support students in whole class settings. </p><p>• Excellent organisational skills and shows initiative. </p><p>• Ability to accurately record, monitor and discuss children’s learning and communicate progress with Learning Support Teacher and Class Teachers. </p><p><i>All applicants for school support staff positions must submit a CV including details of three nominated referees and include a letter addressing the essential/specific criteria for the position and be mailed to the Principal. </i></p><p><i>Further information about the Diocese can be found on our website: www.csodbb.catholic.edu.au </i></p><p><i>Child Protection Legislation requires preferred applicants to be subject to employment screening </i></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
