Commitment to Christian Education and support of college ethos. </p><p>2. Demonstrated subject specific expertise and teaching experience in Middle Years (Years 6-9) </p><p>3. An understanding of the particular needs of students and demonstrated skills  in meeting these needs in the context of the music classroom and in pastoral care. </p><p>4. Demonstrated skills in and understanding of the development and implementation of units of work, including the use of documented planning and assessment procedures to ensure high standards of learning occur. </p><p>5. Demonstrated personal and interpersonal skills that strengthen effective  partnerships with parents and staff.</p>
