the Project Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for assisting with the coordination and delivery CEDP projects and initiatives.

<div>The Project Coordinator/Analyst will join a high performing team dedicated to delivering a next generation human resources information system to CEDP and be accountable for:</div> <ul> <li>Arranging meetings, taking minutes, updating project logs, structuring and managing the project library</li> <li>Tracking project budget and ensuring resources are correctly allocated to correct cost</li> <li>Assisting with the preparation of project reports</li> <li>Assisting other project team members with a wide range of tasks concerning business analysis, testing, change, communications and training.</li> </ul> <div>You will have coordination/admin experience and be looking to grow your skills in the project domain.&nbsp; It would also be an advantage if you hold a degree. The initial engagement will be for a period of 4 months (including a period of 4 weeks unpaid leave over the Christmas period) with the potential for a contract extension beyond that initial 4 months.</div> <p dir="ltr"><span style="text-decoration: underline">The Organisation</span></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
