<p>The School Support Officer is responsible for supporting the effective administration of the College. Commencing in January 2021 this is an amazing opportunity to join our School Administration Team and provide support to our staff, students and the entire College community.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>5 days a week: 8:00am - 3:30pm</b></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><ul><li>A demonstrated commitment to our Catholic Faith </li><li>Provide high level administrative management of the office to the Leadership team and teaching staff </li><li>Experience working within a team environment </li><li>The ability to manage student issues with empathy and confidentiality </li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>The ability to multitask and take initiative </li><li>High level of computer literacy</li><li>Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to manage and deliver digital communication projects, with an emphasis on consistent curation of social media platform content in alignment with strategic plans</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Possess strong verbal and written communication – able to write clearly, concisely and to a high standard, with an excellent grasp of grammar and punctuation</li><li>Possess a high work ethic and commitment to excellence</li><li>Flexibility with a high degree of motivation for the role</li></ul><p><b>The preferred applicant will have (but not limited to): </b></p><ul><li>Experience in a comparable role in a Catholic Secondary College </li><li>Experience working with Compass</li><li>High degree of expertise in preparing creative applications using a range of software and web-based applications </li><li>Knowledge of google suite</li><li>Working with Children check </li><li>Current Senior First Aid Certificate</li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p>
