<p style="text-align: justify">We are seeking qualified and experienced Wellbeing Counsellor to join our counselling team on a temporary full time basis to commence at the start of term 1 2021. This is a 1 year contract role which provides an excellent opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>About the Role</em></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify">Reporting to the Head Student Services, the Wellbeing Counsellor is accountable for supporting the System Strategic Intent of improving learning outcomes for all students by focusing on student wellbeing and promoting a professional and rewarding working life for teachers. You will work within a large team of counsellors who serve our school community. You will provide counselling services on a wide range of personal, social and psychological issues that may impact a student’s academic performance.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>The Ideal Candidate</em></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify">The ideal candidate will have demonstrated understanding of an inclusive approach to the provision of counselling services to meet the needs of students.
