Manage school fees for a designated portfolio of families.

<p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a energetic&nbsp;Family Assistance Officer to be&nbsp;accountable for managing school fees for a designated portfolio of families.</p> <p dir="ltr">The&nbsp;Family Assistance Officer is accountable for;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Working with families and schools in a designated portfolio to ensure school fees are collected</li> <li dir="ltr">Managing issues of hardship and payment problems</li> <li dir="ltr">Responding to school fee debt enquiries for a designated portfolio of families</li> <li dir="ltr">Ensuring effective communication with principals, finance staff and families on fee debt matters</li> <li dir="ltr">Providing advice on debt concessions and write-offs to ensure student retention</li> <li dir="ltr">Developing and improving school fee liaison processes and procedures&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Typical Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">The Organisation</p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
