Endeavour College is seeking to appoint an Innovation Zone Coordinator to join our team for 2021. This is a newly created part-time opportunity that will work 22.5 hours per week during school terms over 41 weeks of the year (0.51 FTE).

<div>The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the design, setup, and maintenance of an Innovation Zone (which includes a Media Room), for learning that engages and inspires students, and to support teachers to improve student learning outcomes through the use of integrated creative applications of science, maths, media and a range of technologies and other mediums. The position will also provide hands-on guidance and support to students with an interest in innovation. </div><div><br /></div><div>Specific tasks include:</div><div><br /></div><ul><li>Provide and maintain a well-equipped learning environment</li><li>Research, design, develop, create, purchase, and maintain materials, equipment and resources related to the Innovation Zone<br /></li><li>Create opportunities for students to explore, invent, design, tinker and create, using a wide range of mediums and disciplines including science, art, digital, mechanical, electronic, textiles, robotics, engineering, and construction, while encouraging curiosity and experimentation<br /></li><li>Build awareness of, and promote innovative learning opportunities to students and staff within the College<br /></li><li>Act as an advocate for, and supporter of inquiry and problem-based learning<br /></li><li>Provide training to staff and students on resources and equipment within the Innovation Zone <br /></li></ul><p>A full position description is also available on the College website.<br /></p><p><b>All applications should be submitted through the employment page on Endeavour College&#39;s website (www.endeavour.sa.edu.au/jobs) using the online application form, addressed to Ms Heather Vogt, Principal and include:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Cover letter, clearly stating the position you are applying for </li><li>Resume</li><li>Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)</li><li>3 referees (preferably 2 professional incl current employer &amp; 1 pastoral)</li></ul><p><b>Applications close 9am Monday 7 December 2020</b></p><p>Endeavour College values staff who enthusiastically engage in their work as a Christian vocation that is based on caring relationships with students and staff.
