All Saints Catholic College, is a dual campus, co-educational K-12 Catholic College. The College has been formed by the amalgamation of the three All Saints’ schools and has been incorporated into a single K-12 school entity on two sites, Liverpool and Casula, from the beginning of 2020. The school is proud to be a part of the Sydney Archdiocesan system of schools. Whilst 2020 has seen the dawn of a newly-named school community, Catholic education in the area has a long and rich history. Initially being overseen by the lay of the All Saints Parish, education changed with the introduction of the charisms of the Sisters of Charity and the Patrician Brothers. The community continues to be shaped by the work of these religious orders today. All Saints Catholic College is currently recruiting; therefore, applications are invited for the position of:

<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Learning Support Teachers for this full-time/permanent position commencing 2021. Applications should be sent to the Campus Principal (11-12), Mr David Forrester.</p><p>The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Having a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic school within the broader Catholic Church.</li><li>Having a knowledge of the processes and requirements with respect to NESA&#39;s HSC Disability Provisions.</li><li>Support the modification of education programs and assessment to meet Life Skills outcomes.</li><li>Assisting with the initial identification of students with learning support needs.</li><li>Assisting teachers with the development of learning goals and intervention programs, and curriculum differentiation.</li><li>Experience in the use of NCCD data collection requirements for relevant (DDA, DSE) which may include administering standardised assessment.</li><li>Collaboratively designing, implementing, modifying and evaluating Individual Adjustment Plans (IAPs) with class teachers and other relevant people.</li><li>Working with students with Individual Adjustment Plans.</li><li>Contributing to the preparation of documentation required under legislation.</li><li>Potentially assisting as Indigenous Learning Support Officer on occasions.</li></ul><p>The following General Capabilities are applicable to the role:</p><ul><li>Qualifications in the education of students with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Display a willingness to contribute to co-curricular activities within the school.</li><li>Be flexible and reliable.</li><li>Be able to work as part of a team.</li><li>Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li><li>Sydney Catholic Schools’ employment number.</li></ul><p>Apply in writing with three professional referees, one of whom should be your current Principal. </p><p>Please send your applications to: karen.gatt&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au</p>
