This is a full time permanent position commencing January 2021.   <br /></p><p> Teachers should ensure: </p><ul><li>Their delivery of the curriculum caters for students with varying learning styles and ensures best practice in pedagogy </li><li>They keep up to date with modern teaching practices within their subject area </li><li>Employ a variety of strategies to effectively implement the curriculum </li><li>Implement strategies and expectations which promote a positive learning environment </li></ul><p>Selection Criteria: </p><ul><li> Proven expertise and knowledge in teaching VCE Psychology </li><li>A collaborative approach with colleagues in planning and delivering curriculum </li><li>Demonstrated desire to apply a growth mindset to professional development </li><li>Experience of working with children from a culturally and/or Linguistically diverse background </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience teaching students </li><li>Ability to form a rapport with staff and students and build collaborative working relationships </li><li>Ability to gain Teacher registration within the NT and obtain a Working With Children Card (Ochre Card)</li></ul>
