Responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of key learning projects in schools and working with school leadership teams on the system learning agenda.

<p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a committed Learning Leader to be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of key learning projects in schools and working with school leadership teams on the system learning agenda. &nbsp;</p> <p>The Learning Leader is accountable for;</p> <ul> <li>Working with school leadership teams to solve complex learning agenda</li> <li>Ensuring that schools are delivering quality teaching and learning</li> <li>Developing and overseeing the implementation of key learning initiatives and projects</li> <li>Collaborating with teachers and staff to build teacher and leader capacity</li> <li>Collaborating with schools to analyse school and system data for improvement</li> <li>Leading and sharing innovative learning and teaching practice with schools</li> <li>Ensuring that all system learning projects are compliant with relevant state and federal legislation</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Typical Experience and Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Tertiary qualification in a relevant area of study</li> <li dir="ltr">Functional strategy and leadership experience</li> <li dir="ltr">Stakeholder management experience</li> <li dir="ltr">Negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills</li> <li dir="ltr">Demonstrated ability to respond to the changing educational environment</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
