We support a system of 44 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Central Coast educating over 17,000 students.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Education Officer - Pathways, you will provide administrative and compliance support in managing VET for our RTO, including compliance with both NESA and ASQA standards. You will be required to travel across the CSBB Diocese to work closely with school leadership and staff. Duties include:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Assist with managing the day to day operations of the RTO</li> <li>Work closely with VET coordinators and teachers across the system to ensure compliance with NESA and ASQA</li> <li>Coordinate and manage VET assessment and professional development packages</li> <li>Manage NESA's RTO's Online</li> <li>Manage changes to the Delivery Scope and upgrades to teacher qualifications</li> <li>Manage the collection and submission of VET data</li> <li>Provide support to schools on eBOS RTO online</li> <li>Manage the quality review process and internal and external audits</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You will be a highly organised, self-starter, capable of working independently and under pressure. You will have comprehensive knowledge of the NESA course structures and the requirements for quality delivery of VET in Stages 5 &amp; 6. You will have good working knowledge of ASQA and the national standards relating to RTO operations.
