We support a system of 44 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Central Coast educating over 17,000 students.<br> <br><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Network &amp; Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of network devices and mediums in an Aruba/Cisco/Microsoft environment. Your duties will include:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Design, connect, configure, and troubleshoot networking devices, and mediums</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and operate the Aruba Wireless architecture</li> <li>Liaise with external suppliers to resolve incidents and issues</li> <li>Assist the Service Desk with second and third level incident management</li> <li>Maintain network and procedural documentation</li> <li>Travel to sites to install/troubleshoot network related issues</li> <li>Conduct electronic, and physical, audits of network infrastructure</li> <li>LAN cabling (physical patching &amp; management), cable labelling, and associated VLAN switch port tagging</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You will have in-depth knowledge of network technology and services in on-site and cloud environments. You will also have at least 5 years experience in a senior technical role with geographically dispersed sites (ideally 20-100 servers and a client base of more than 300 users).
