The Development Assistant will work in cooperation with and under the direction of the Director of People, Culture and Community. The Development Assistant will assist with promotion, marketing, publications and events at Unity College for the strategic purpose of gaining enrolments, building community relations through events, communications and raising funds.

</p><p>• A school of Lutheran Education Australia</p><p>The position is being offered as a replacement contract for 30 hours per week for 40 weeks.</p><p>Selection Criteria
</p><p>• Demonstrated degree qualifications or skills and experience in education, marketing and/or communications.
</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
</p><p>• Ability to prioritise tasks, use knowledge and initiative to problem solve promptly.
</p><p>• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive and also be an active and supportive contributor in a
</p><p> team environment.
</p><p>• Commitment to high standards of service and performance.
</p><p>• Proven ability to deal with sensitive information and situations in a professional and confidential manner.
</p><p>• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
</p><p>• Quality editorial acumen.
</p><p>• Excellent IT skills including: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Databases.
</p><p>• Desirable experience with Trybooking, Social media platforms, Wordpress.
