We support 44 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Central Coast and educate over 17,000 students. We have two full time, permanent roles at St Philip Neri Catholic School, Northbridge and St Thomas' Catholic School, Willoughby. Reporting to the school Principal, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of the school, as well as being the first point of contact for enquiries from students, parents and the wider community.

The main duties of this varied and dynamic role include:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Assisting the Principal with the financial functions of the school including assistance with bookkeeping, accounting and payroll</li> <li>Managing the day to day administration systems and processes in a busy office setting with constantly changing priorities</li> <li>Act as the first point of contact for students and parents</li> <li>Provide administrative support to teaching staff</li> <li>Assist with posting and advertising on social media platforms</li> <li>Manage Sick Bay and administer first aid when required</li> <li>Assist with organising maintenance and repairs of school property</li> <li>Managing enrolments and processing school fees</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong><br> <br> To be successful in the role you will have solid experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting, be highly organised with a customer-centred approach to your work.
