Administration Support (Permanent Position) as a Communications Officer (Temporary Role) 3 days per week

<p> The Communications Officer is responsible for the development, design, implementation and monitoring of all digital, printed and online communications including advertising collateral and the production of media releases. The Communication Officer will assist with all school events and functions, including the production and maintenance of all photographical images. They will continue to develop and increase the electronic image, presence and reputation of the College. </p><p>Areas of Responsibility:</p><p>• Project management of external and internal digital communication, printed publications and marketing campaigns as directed that meet the requirements of the College </p><p>• Design, develop and manage high quality web-based and printed communications to support key College activities </p><p>• Manage the social media platforms to promote and enhance the College’s operations and reputation </p><p>• Maintain and update the College website through the provision of accurate content and design </p><p>• Write content and provide graphic design for the majority of the College’s communication materials and publications </p><p>• The production of all school media releases prior to approval from the Principal </p><p>• Develop and coordinate all aspects of the newsletter </p><p>• Be available to take photographs of College events for all forms of publication </p><p>• To perform other administrative and support tasks as directed </p><p>• Reporting to the Director of Innovation, Strategy and Technology. </p><p><br /></p>
