<p>We have several positions available for Inclusion Support Assistants to work with students from Years 5 to 12. The successful applicants will be able to:</p><ul><li>Work with classroom teachers in relation to individual students and/or small groups to support the implementation of teaching programs during the school term. </li><li>Support students to understand and participate in the school culture </li><li>Support students in Literacy and Numeracy as directed by Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator or Head of Campus. </li><li>Continue with appropriate behaviour management strategies as directed and implemented by class teachers </li><li>Building student confidence and self esteem </li><li>Reinforcing ‘school culture’ </li><li>Use appropriate tutoring resources to assist students requiring support </li><li>Manages identified needs of individual students as required </li><li>Receive access to relevant information regarding student/s ISA’s / Tutors are working with and maintain confidentiality at all times </li><li>Discuss or raise concerns/problems with class teacher, Curriculum Coordinator and Head of Campus </li></ul><p>Salary as per the current EBA and consistent with experience and qualifications.
