<p>St Patrick&#39;s Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic school that invites faith filled people to work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. </p><p>We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced applicants within a primary school environment for an Assistant Learning Diversity Leader role that will support the Learning Diversity Leader with the preparation and implementation of targeted teaching and learning programs for students for whom the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data guidelines apply at the School. </p><p>Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to:</p><ul><li>Facilitate and lead Program Support Group (PSG) meetings, including managing the documenting and filing of the minutes of the meetings; </li><li>Research, implement and oversee appropriate programs to support students with diverse learning needs i.e. I Can Network, GRREAD program, The Listening Program. </li><li>Assist classroom teachers in the development of Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) and adjustments for NCCD students; </li><li>Actively participate in school and diocesan NCCD working groups and professional networks; </li><li>Participate in annual NCCD planning, moderation, analysis and review processes; </li><li>Provide support to classroom teachers in relation to best practice for inclusion of students with diverse learning needs.</li></ul><p>As a school, we value staff that work as part of a high performing team, and who are comfortable in an environment of ongoing improvement, self-reflection, coaching/mentoring and peer interaction. </p><p>St Patrick’s is a school committed to the safety, well-being and protection of all children in our care.
