Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified senior professional to join our organisation as the Assistant Director of Corporate Services. Reporting to the Director of Catholic Education, you have a key role working closely with the Leadership Management Team to set the Strategic direction for our organisation.

<p>Commencement date to be negotiated.</p><p><b>Total Remuneration Package $202,000 </b>(cash, car, super, leave loading)</p><p>Working across a diocesan system of 30 schools and supporting over 8,600 children, this position is critical in ensuring that our schools and staff receive the support and advice, resources and funding they need to deliver excellence in learning. </p><p> </p><p>As a member of the Leadership Management Team (LMT), and Executive Officer of the Catholic Education Council Finance, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, this role leads and manages the financial, information technology, governance and capital works/facilities management functions of CEDWW. <br /></p><p>As a senior leader you will have experience in leading teams, projects and initiatives, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.<br /></p><p>As CEDWW continues to strive towards a system of excellence, your problem solving skills, strategic thinking and responsiveness in an ever changing Education environment will be critical to your success as Assistant Director. <br /></p><p><b> ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION </b></p><ul><li>Qualifications Licences and Competencies </li><li>Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or Accounting, preferably at a post-graduate level</li><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA or equivalent </li><li>Current Drivers Licence </li><li>Current Working With Children Check </li><li>Current National Criminal History Check (will be processed as part of the onboarding process for the successful candidate)</li></ul><p><b>Skills and Experience </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 7-10 years experience in senior management roles. </li><li>A strong reputation for customer service, problem-solving and building strong relationships with all staff and external customers/clients</li><li>Proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully building and managing teams </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to present on complex topics to a wide range of audiences and to communicate recommendations in a manner that stimulates action.</li><li>Broad knowledge and skill in applying management principles and practices. </li><li>Thorough understanding of business principles, practices and policy governance. </li><li>Ability to accurately analyse problems, promptly make sound decisions, and adopt effective courses of action.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and communication. </li><li>A committed practising Catholic.</li></ul><p>Should you have any questions or require more information, please contact Head of People &amp; Culture Fiona Piltz for a confidential conversation in relation to the role on 0409 824 634.</p><p>Please click <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mtSSANCdAI8WpiBevTx2YEraog9Y7leb/view?usp&#61;sharing" rel="nofollow">here </a>for a copy of the Role Description.</p>
