<p align="center"><strong>People &amp; Culture Officer (Corporate Recruiter)</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Manuka, Canberra&nbsp;<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong>&nbsp;Full-time, fixed-term<br><strong>Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong>$82,210 - $104,637 (full-time equivalent)<br><strong>Closing Date:&nbsp;</strong>11.55pm, Sunday 28 March 2021<br><br></p> <p>Catholic Education, Canberra &amp; Goulburn (CECG) plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW, covering 88,000 square kilometres covering the whole of the ACT and extending from Pambula on the south coast, to Crookwell in the North, through to the western point of Lake Cargelligo. Operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres, CECG is key to the education of over 21,000 students within the Diocese and employing over 2,100 professionals.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This position is responsible for the attraction and engagement of high-quality talent and the delivery of recruitment activities for the Catholic Education Office (central office). The People &amp; Culture Officer (Corporate Recruiter) will provide traditional and alternative sourcing and attracting methods for hiring talent in a competitive job market.</p> <p><br><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a well-organised applicant with strong people skills, who can establish and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. As an expert Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and have a knack for utilising a range of specialist advertising platforms.
