Endeavour College seeks an experienced educator with a collaborative leadership style, who understands, practices and promotes the tradition of Lutheran education, who is committed to the Christian faith and incorporates this in the values and behaviours of personal and community life for a five year contract position as Principal.

<p>Applications are invited for the position of: PRINCIPAL  (Commencing July 2021) </p><p>For more than 20 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school, educating young people from Years 7-12 under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 700 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories. Located in the north-eastern Adelaide suburb of Mawson Lakes we are a member of Connected Schools, offering a seamless K-12 education. </p><p>The College embraces a culture of fostering educational excellence that is immersed in a Christ-centred approach to education.
