<p><br /></p><p>The College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Learning Support Officer who is energetic and passionate for casual relief.<br /></p><p>Successful applicants for this position will have a demonstrated record of developing positive relationships with students.<br /></p><p>Essential criteria for successful applicants:<br /></p><ul><li>A working understanding of, and overt commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School</li><li>Experience in working with small groups of students</li><li>The capacity and commitment to work collaboratively with the Learning Support team, classroom teachers and students</li><li>The capacity to assist individual students with special needs in the classroom</li><li>The capacity to contribute to the preparation of documentation required under legislation in line with privacy and confidentiality obligations</li><li>The capacity to contribute to course materials for special needs students</li></ul><p>Requirements for position:</p><ul><li>WWCC Clearance<br /></li><li>Classification to work in Sydney Catholic Schools</li><li>Certificate III in Education Support is highly desirable</li></ul><p>Applications should include the names and contact details of three referees who may be contacted as part of the shortlisting process.
