The school is situated on the outskirts of Sydney's north. The Vision of St Bernard's Catholic Primary School is to be a welcoming community committed to quality teaching and learning where each of us will be inspired to grow in faith, hope, love, respect, justice and joy.<br> <br> <strong>About the role</strong><br> <br> This is a part-time temporary contract position for 1 day per week (working day is negotiable) and reports to the school Principal. You will be part of a friendly but busy team assisting with the day-to-day administration and operation of the school. Main duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the Principal, Senior Administrator, Leadership team and teaching staff</li> <li>Deal with enquiries from students and parents</li> <li>Administer first aid when required</li> <li>Arrange maintenance and repairs of school property</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong><br> <br> To be successful in the role you will have experience in a busy office environment. You will be an adaptable multitasker who is highly organised with excellent customer service skills. To be successful in the role you will also:</p> <ul> <li>Be supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education</li> <li>Hold a Senior First Aid certification</li> <li>Hold a current Working with Children Check</li> <li>Be experienced with MS Office and Google applications.
