With a focus on delivering efficient services and an exceptional customer experience across the organisation, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Change Practitioner to join our People &amp; Culture team.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Enterprise Change Lead, the focus of your role will be to support stakeholders to enable sustainable change by:</p> <p dir="ltr">?&nbsp; Working with the Enterprise Change Lead to build an enterprise-wide change capability</p> <p dir="ltr">? &nbsp; Supporting change analysis, change approaches, and delivery in line with the organisation’s Enterprise Change framework, methodology and enabling tools</p> <p dir="ltr">? &nbsp; Producing change enablers for stakeholder communication, engagement and learning plus project documentation for change initiatives</p> <p dir="ltr">? &nbsp; Working within project teams to deliver best-fit situational and general change approaches to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of projects and initiatives</p> <p dir="ltr">? &nbsp; Building a detailed understanding of the diverse staff groups within the organisation</p> <p dir="ltr">? &nbsp; Utilising measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of change projects and initiatives.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEPD along with:</p> <p dir="ltr">?
