<p><strong><em>Applicants are welcome from suitably qualified and experienced teachers who have:</em></strong></p><p>Regina Coeli is seeking applications for a part-time teacher to work with gifted and talented students, and support classroom teachers in differentiating their programs to cater for these students learning and social/emotional needs. The successful applicant will be experienced and have a commitment to gifted education. They will be skilled in creating dynamic learning experiences and maintaining a positive, nurturing environment in which each student can flourish. They will be confident in the delivery of a rich, differentiated curriculum and the effective integration of technology. This teacher would be able to work with the school&#39;s other gifted education teacher and support the gifted team in preparing the school for Newman accreditation. </p><p><b>Other Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>demonstrate highly developed communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others</li><li>Teaching experience and further education in the area of Gifted Education (COGE/Mini-COGE qualifications desirable)</li><li>ability to teach and assist other staff to develop their understanding of the learning needs of gifted students</li><li>experience in working in a SCS Newman accredited school desirable</li><li>ability to administer and evaluate gifted education screening tools/tests (e.g. Ravens) </li><li>qualifications and accreditation to teach Religious Education in accordance with Sydney Catholic Schools policies and guidelines</li><li>ability to work collaboratively with colleagues</li><li>effective organisational and interpersonal skills</li><li>sound classroom management skills</li><li>commitment to ongoing professional learning</li><li>passion for teaching and learning, and supporting student well-being</li><li>willingness to contribute to the positive culture of the school</li></ul> <p>Interested applicants should apply to the principal via email (info&#64;rcbeverlyhills.catholic.edu.au), addressing the position criteria by providing a covering letter and curriculum vitae.
