<p>Trinity Lutheran College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 Christian co-educational college and an International Baccalaureate World School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP). This is a permanent position and we are looking for the appointee to commence 12 July 2021. Experience and proven ability are essential. </p><p><b>General Selection Criteria </b></p><ul><li>Must have a sound understanding of the content and structure of the rowing competitions in Australia and overseas, contemporary learning theory and appropriate means of monitoring and assessing student achievement and participation.</li><li>Must have the drive, energy and enthusiasm for encouraging passion, enjoyment and achievement in rowing.</li><li>Must have proven high-level interpersonal skills to relate to adolescent young people and their parents.</li><li>Must have the proven ability to organise, motivate and relate to young people.</li><li>Must have strong and proven communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including teachers, parents and students.</li><li>Must have proficient ICT skills and the ability to utilise appropriate applications for teaching, learning and administrative purposes.</li><li>Must have excellent organisation skills.</li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment and support the Christian ethos of the College.</li><li>Must be accredited with a minimum of Coaching Level 2 or equivalent, or hold a Coaching Level 1 and be working toward a Coaching Level 2.</li><li>Must have a current Blue Card; or be eligible to apply for a Suitability Card for working with children.</li><li>Must hold a current Driver’s Licence.
