With a focus on delivering efficient services and agile consulting across school, head office and leadership recruitment, we are seeking Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team on a full time permanent basis.</p> <p><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p>As part of an established TA function within the wider People &amp; Culture team, the <strong>Recruitment Officer</strong> reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and the focus of your role will be to conduct end to end recruitment for a range of roles. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop detailed briefs for a broad range of roles including teachers, wellbeing counsellors, school support and central office based roles</li> <li>Develop recruitment plans, including taking thorough job briefs, person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timelines to achieve positive recruitment outcomes</li> <li>Successfully manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting compelling ads on internal and external job boards, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, managing verbal job offers and contract generation</li> <li>Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process</li> <li>Collaborate on and carry out key TA projects as assigned</li> <li>Use HRIS and applicant tracking tool to effectively manage each recruitment assignment</li> <li>Assist with the delivery of TA strategies</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the values of CEDP along with:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline</li> <li>The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and a passion to succeed</li> <li>Energy and drive and 2-3 years volume recruitment experience</li> <li>First rate attention to detail and compliance</li> <li>Strong knowledge of a range of sourcing channels and job posting platforms</li> <li>Agility and the ability to think on your feet</li> <li>Relevant market intelligence and able to converse with others about the labour market</li> </ul> <p>We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
