With a focus on delivering efficient services and agile consulting across school, head office and leadership recruitment, we are seeking senior talent acquisition professionals to join our team on a full time basis.</p> <p><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p>As part of the established TA function, within the wider People &amp; Culture team, the <strong>Senior Recruiter</strong> reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and the focus of your role will be to drive gold standard recruitment practices within your stakeholder group. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers and leaders to executive strategies to meet current and future workforce needs</li> <li>Drive the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles for your core stakeholder group</li> <li>Ensure Hiring Managers and Leaders are supported throughout the end to end recruitment process</li> <li>Effective us of technology including SuccessFactors HRIS Recruitment and Onboarding module</li> <li>Work with the Sourcing Specialist and others in the team to develop and maintain talent pools</li> <li>Proactively engage with talent to ensure CEDP is their first choice&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive improvement in key metrics including quality of hire, time to hire and cost to hire</li> <li>Work with the TA manager to drive EVP and branding strategies</li> <li>Mentor and coach recruiters to ensure the best level of service and support is provided to hiring leaders and candidates</li> <li>Assist with the delivery of other TA strategies</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline</li> <li>Demonstrated stakeholder partnering skills and experience guiding leaders through the recruitment process</li> <li>Proven success filling difficult to fill roles&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and holds a passion to succeed</li> <li>Self-motivated person who thrives in fast moving environments</li> <li>First rate attention to detail and compliance</li> <li>Ability to identify new and innovative sources of talent</li> <li>The ability to think on your feet</li> <li>Relevant market intelligence and able to converse with others about the labour market</li> </ul> <p>We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
