With a focus on delivering efficient services across school, head office and leadership teams, we are seeking HR Data Analyst to join our team.</p> <p><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p>This newly established role sits within our passionate People &amp; Culture team. The focus of your role will be to drive analytics and insights to influence the People &amp; Culture strategy. More specifically you will:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Partner with key stakeholders to develop specific reports to pull specific data relating to key challenges to meet the demands of the business</li> <li>Develop and implement data collection systems and reporting frameworks and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality to meet system needs</li> <li>Interpret data, analyse results and provide business-friendly, actionable reporting and insights</li> <li>Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns relating to key workforce indicators in complex datasets</li> <li>Respond to reporting and data analysis</li> <li>Provide executive, annual and ad-hoc reporting requests</li> <li>Maintain the integrity and quality of the data in CEDP systems and project deliverables</li> <li>Ensure accurate, timely and secure data management to support self-service analytics</li> <li>Combine data from internal and external systems to create meaningful workforce insights</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li>Ability to work across large scale application systems such as (SAP, Success Factors, Oracle, Salesforce or similar)</li> <li>Ability to work independently and adapt to change</li> <li>A valid Working With Children Check for paid work&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p>CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
