<h4>System Manager: People Services</h4><p><br /></p><p>The newly created role of System Manager: People Services, manages the people function for CET which includes ER/ IR, HR and WHS.<br /></p><p>You will be a collaborative HR leader and senior business professional accountable for building employee capacity to deliver improved educational outcomes underpinned by the spirit of the Gospel. </p><p>This is a unique career opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make an impact on CET through your exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities and building teams to enhance organisational effectiveness. To be successful you will be required to demonstrate: </p><ul><li>Extensive HR, IR and WHS knowledge and experience in the strategic development of contemporary people services initiatives in line with CET’s strategic direction </li><li>Exceptional team leadership, behavioural and interpersonal capabilities </li><li>Ability to lead a people services team to support school leaders with employee lifecycle matters </li><li>Exceptional senior leadership, relationship management and team building capabilities that develop collaboration and support of shared leadership across CET </li><li>A commitment to and well-developed capacity to act as a role model of Catholic values. </li></ul><p>The successful candidate will demonstrate significant relevant experience and hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or relevant field. </p><p>A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate. </p><p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
