</div><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> Head of Creative and Performing Arts Department - Music Teacher + 2 Point Allowance</b></p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b> the successful applicant must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:<br /></p><ul><li>Successful teaching experience
</li><li>A high standard of proficiency, competency and enthusiasm as a classroom teacher and head of department
</li><li>Leading the department in developing and improving teaching and learning
</li><li>Experience in teaching Stage 6 Music
</li><li>Experienced in leading ensembles/choir</li><li>Ability/willingness to teach within another subject area within CAPA – Drama and/or Visual Arts</li><li>knowledge of curriculum and the ability to deliver effective pedagogy in an innovative and engaging manner
</li><li>Experienced in establishing priorities and goals for the department that integrate with and support the Colleges Mission and Vision, the College Objectives, and the College Strategic Plan
</li><li>Understand and commitment to the School’s Christian framework, values, and ethos
</b></p><ul><li>NESA accreditation as Proficient teacher
</li><li>Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
</li><li>Secondary teaching qualifications.
