The College values dedicated staff who are committed to modelling and supporting the College motto of ‘Life Through Christ’. </p><p>This position is a permanent full-time, 5 days per week position commencing at the beginning of the 2022 academic year. </p><p>The Head of PDHPE is responsible for curriculum matters relating to the development and delivery of the Teaching and Learning Programs for PDHPE from Years 7-12. </p><p>The Head of PDHPE is a member of the Senior School Management Team and the Senior School Curriculum Team. The Head of PDHPE will work in consultation with the Dean of Studies – Senior School to oversee the development, implementation, supervision and evaluation of Teaching and Learning Programs, assessment and reporting (Years 7-12), which meets the requirements determined by internal and external organisations </p><p>The Head of PDHPE will demonstrate an understanding of how students construct knowledge and the development of teaching and learning practices that allow for a differentiated curriculum, which caters for the diversity of learning needs present in the College and be responsible for all curriculum areas (Years 7-12) in subjects within the Faculty </p><p>As the College is a child safe organisation, the successful candidate will be required to provide their current NSW Working With Children Check number and date of birth so that the College can verify that the candidate is permitted to work in NSW schools. </p><p>The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence that they are an active member of a Bible-based church. </p><p>The successful candidate should hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid certificate. </p><p>A position profile has been provided for more information. </p><p>To Apply </p><p>Complete and submit the Application Form – Teacher Application </p><p>Applicants are asked to provide the following information to support their application: </p><p>• at least one professional reference or referee </p><p>• a current reference from the minister of the church that they are presently attending.
