<p>As a senior leader and member of the College Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal – Wellbeing is expected to be a strong role model for all staff at the College.</p><p>Central to this role is the responsibility for the Wellbeing program. The Assistant Principal – Wellbeing is responsible for the development and implementation of the policies associated to wellbeing and will oversee all processes related to the Wellbeing of students at the College.</p><p>The Assistant Principal – Wellbeing will aim to ensure all students are provided with appropriate learning opportunities and relevant academic pathways.</p><p>This position is reports directly to the principal and is assigned a POL 8 (4 &#43; 4), with a time allowance of 30 sessions per cycle.</p>
