It&#39;s the kind of work that invigorates children&#39;s learning while unlocking your own potential. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate <b>Classroom Teacher</b> to inspire, motivate and engage students at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary School, Forestville. </p><p>This is a permanent full-time opportunity to begin in term 1 of 2022. </p><p>Working collaboratively with teachers at the school you will be responsible for implementing innovative and evidence informed practices that improve outcomes for all. Being prepared to grow and learn is an essential part of this role as we aim to ensure success for all our students. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><ul><li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team under a shared leadership model</li><li>Sound and contemporary knowledge in catering for a diverse range of learners in the classroom through varied learning opportunities and sound pedagogical principles</li><li>Excellent, contemporary understanding and application of current curriculum through an inquiry-based approach</li><li>Skills in integrating technology to facilitate learning</li><li>Commitment to teaching according to the school’s learning framework</li><li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community</li><li>Ability to monitor professional learning needs and align them to the learning needs of students</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills able to communicate effectively and respectfully with students, colleagues, parents/carers and community members</li></ul><p><b>The Rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
