<p>Location: Central Office, Leichhardt<br />Commencement Date: Immediate start or by negotiation<br />Closing Date: Tuesday, 28 September 2021<br />Capacity: Fixed-term, full-time (until 24 December 2021) with the possibility of extension</p> <p dir="ltr"><br /> <strong>The Role</strong><br /> We seek an Organisational Development Administrator who will provide dynamic support services to the Organisational Development team (OD) to deliver broad enterprise Organisational Development strategies efficiently. The position will establish and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, liaising confidentially on behalf of the Organisational Development team on a range of confidential matters using strong communication skills. The Organisational Development Administrator will partner with key project stakeholders to support delivering new employee-centred solutions across the organisation.</p> <p dir="ltr">As an Organisational Development Administrator, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Collecting and compiling data to support the development of various documentation, systems and reports.</li> <li>Updating records and databases to comply with records management processes, ensuring information is accurate, adheres to internal governance and policy, stored correctly and accessible.</li> <li>Auditing current position governance documentation, including role descriptions and remuneration, ensuring governance and compliance is upheld.</li> <li>Managing liaison, communication and coordination, including consultation, negotiation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrating careful attention to detail, taking pride in tasks being completed efficiently.</li> <li>Managing workflow with an ability to prioritise competing tasks.</li> <li>Scheduling management, including organisation of appointments, prioritisation of meetings, preparation of pre-meeting papers, follow up of actions, coordination of guests and necessary paperwork.</li> <li>Providing administrative services to support the effective operation of the team.</li> <li>Responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating queries as necessary, to ensure accurate information.</li> <li>Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.</li> <li>Promoting and implementing Sydney Catholic Schools mission To know and love Christ through learning and vision of Thriving Catholic communities through excellent teaching and learning.</li> <li>Promoting and abiding by Sydney Catholic Schools' values of empathy, curiosity, excellence, collaboration, and truth.</li> <li>Any other duties as directed from time to time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Person</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this position, you must possess:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>TAFE NSW/College certificate III/IV or equivalent qualification in administration.</li> <li>Strong problem solver</li> <li>Proven accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management</li> <li>Systems savvy</li> <li>Three years experience in a fast-paced administrative role</li> <li>Willingness to respect, support, and uphold the mission, ethos, and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of Sydney Catholic Schools</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The company</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">In 200 years of delivering excellence in education, Sydney Catholic Schools 'SCS' has grown alongside the city's dynamic, ever-changing, multicultural landscape.
