<p><b>Monte Sant&#39; Angelo Mercy College is an independent school for girls in years 7 - 12. Heritage buildings and landscaped grounds provide an attractive educational environment.</b></p><p>An exciting opportunity has become available for an <b>Administrative Assistant - Development Office</b> to join the College. Based in the College&#39;s Development Office this role provides administrative support for the Development Office and the College Registrar. A high level of attention to detail, a passion for customer service and good organisational skills are essential for this role.</p><p>This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with the Development Office team supporting the day to day operations of the College&#39;s marketing and promotion activities as well as with the College Registrar who is responsible for enrolments at the College.</p><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>A supportive and friendly approach towards customer service</li><li>An understanding of the operation of independent schools and the enrolment process</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Able to work independently and manage tasks independently where required</li><li>A high level of attention to detail</li></ul><p>This is a full time position based around a 35 hour week. In order to meet the requirements of this role, the flexibility to work outside of normal business hours from time to time may be required to support College events and functions.</p><p>As a school community, Monte places a strong emphasis on collegiality and professional development.
