This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our schools and central office employees to provide professional HR advice across all employee lifecycle activities, and you will be able to drive Employee Relations matters and EA negotiations.</p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting directly to the HR Team Lead this role provides an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy and supportive team environment, delivering high standards and timely outcomes for our organisation. This is an exciting time to join our HR team as we are undergoing a period of transformation across our HR Operating model, so this role will be key in shaping our future ways of working, by supporting the development of our core HR processes and policies.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your key accountabilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing accurate and timely advice on HR related matters to our schools and central office&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborating with other HR teams i.e., Payroll, Work Health &amp; Safety (WHS) &amp; Return to Work (RTW), Talent Acquisition to resolve issues</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating and undertaking HR investigations in partnership with our employment relations advisory partner the Catholic Commission for Employment Relations (CCER) to expedite the delivery of Employment Relations advice</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting in the research and development of human resource projects, programs and training</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing input into issues impacting the strategic direction of people management for our organisation including enterprise agreement/Award application</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring effective records management, data integrity, reporting and analytics</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">About you</p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Degree qualified in HR or equivalent experience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong experience in Employee Relations and/or Industrial Relations&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven experience in a similar role, working within a complex organisation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong planning, organising and multitasking skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven experience working with various HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ideally some experience in Google Docs, Gmail, ServiceNow and SharePoint systems</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">An understanding of Catholic Education System is preferred but not essential</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Apply today!</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">If you are determined to make a difference and want to join a diverse organisation committed to transforming lives through faith-based education, click on the APPLY button.&nbsp; To find out more about CEDP go to<a href="https://www.parra.catholic.edu.au/"> https://www.parra.catholic.edu.au/</a> or follow us on LinkedIn.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
