<p dir="ltr">As a senior member of the College the Leader of Mission Faith and Learning shares responsibility for the Catholic life of the school and the quality of Religious Education and Evangelisation in assisting the Director of Faith Mission and Learning. This leadership is conducted in the name of the Church and for the Mission of the Church in evangelization and catechesis within an educational context. The Leader of Mission Faith and Learning is a System appointment, with delegated responsibility by the Principal for the coordination and supervision of teaching and learning in Religious Education to enhance outcomes for students. The Leader of Mission Faith and Learning also supports the Principal in the leadership of staff and student faith formation, liturgy and social justice and is directly responsible to the Director of Faith Mission and Learning.</p> <p dir="ltr">The role plays a key part in the continuous improvement of our Catholic school system by building the capacity of leadership teams and teachers, so as to nurture vibrant faith communities and to deliver quality teaching and learning, especially in Religious Education.
