This is a great role for someone who is looking to broaden their experience in HR and develop their leadership capability. You will be responsible for providing day to day escalation support to the HR Administrators and HR Advisors,&nbsp; to ensure that our team has the support and expertise required to deliver best-practice people management across the business.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">You will also contribute to the HR service delivery by developing and implementing P&amp;C initiatives and you will also be a key contributor to the implementation of our HRIS system (Success Factors). This role will report directly through to the HR Operations &amp; Analytics Manager and you will have the&nbsp; flexibility to work from home, on the days you aren’t based in the central office in Parramatta.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will be a passionate and experienced Human Resources professional who specialises in Employee Relations and Industrial&nbsp; Relations. You will also demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of CEDP along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">5+ years’ experience in a senior HR or People and Culture role</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in HR/ Business or related discipline or equivalent</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Comprehensive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations knowledge</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Leadership coaching and mentoring experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Detailed understanding of employment laws</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience providing expert advisory and consultancy services to leaders and staff on a wide range of human resource management matters</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven high level communication skills, including the provision of human resource advice on issues of a complex and sensitive nature.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience in development and implementation of projects and initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Can-do attitude, a deep sense of ownership and an unflinching desire to see a task through to finish</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We offer competitive remuneration, salary packaging, parental leave, flexible work, wellbeing programs and professional development.</p> <p dir="ltr">We also believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
