A Co-educational Catholic High School serving the Albion Park area with an enrolment of approximately 696 pupils.

<p dir="ltr">A temporary part time position commencing 1 November 2021 until November 2023.</p> <p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will be responsible for general office duties, liaising with students, staff and parents to ensure we deliver efficient and customer centred&nbsp; service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Willingness to learn administration and general office processes and procedures within an educational environment.</li> <li dir="ltr">Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.</li> <li dir="ltr">Competent organisational and time management skills.&nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Demonstrate a commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the wider school community.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">The following GENERAL CAPABILITIES are applicable to the role:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Well-developed interpersonal skills.</li> <li dir="ltr">Customer service orientation.</li> <li dir="ltr">Well-developed written and oral communication skills.</li> <li dir="ltr">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li dir="ltr">Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Currently undertaking a Certificate lll in Business Administration (or equivalent) or be willing to commence Certificate lll in Business Administration (Education).</li> <li dir="ltr">Current First Aid Certificate.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE<br>This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.</p> <p dir="ltr">Applicants for this position must be able to comply with NSW Public Health Orders that are in place at the time of the commencement date of the position.
