<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking a creative, hospitable and resourceful Marketing Officer to join its spirited and servant-hearted administration team. </p><p> </p><p>The Marketing Officer is fully responsible for the strategic and operational elements of internal and external marketing within the school. The Marketing Officer drives effective and creative marketing, communications, publications and promotions in a wide range of forums and is the primary point of contact for enrolment enquiries.<br /></p><p>The role is hands-on, relational, administrative and community-oriented, and requires close collaboration with the Principal, the Administration team and Leadership staff.<br /></p><p>The Marketing Officer conducts their work in an atmosphere of Christian service in support of the ethos of the school, participates in staff devotions and other spiritual development activities, and accepts, supports and promotes the theology and values that underpin Lutheran education.<br /></p><p>The successful applicant will be one who:<br /></p><ul><li>desires to contribute to a workplace that glorifies God and edifies others; </li><li>is humble, creative, hospitable and resourceful, and is energised by a fast-paced and team- and community-oriented environment; </li><li>is open-minded and able to adapt to new and changing environments; </li><li>enjoys and is skilled at both operational and strategic areas of work; </li><li>demonstrates exceedingly strong administrative and time management skills, attention-to-detail, and refined oral, written and listening skills; </li><li>exhibits advanced computer literacy in a wide range of software (experience with Enrol, Funnel, OnceHub, TryBooking, TASS and the Microsoft and Google Suites will be advantageous); </li><li>effectively interprets and tailors action according to research and demographic data; </li><li>has the capacity to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the school’s educational philosophy and model, and is proficient in appropriately adjusting and communicating this knowledge with various audiences, especially through the enrolment process; </li><li>is able to confidently and capably promote the Lutheran ethos of the school; </li><li>thrives on offering the highest standard of customer service; </li><li>radiates a high level of professionalism through discretion, confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, initiative, integrity, flexibility and patience; and </li><li>displays a clear aptitude for the tasks and responsibilities listed in the position description. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p>A position statement, selection criteria, required application content and other details are available in the attached information package.
