<p><b>Role Description </b></p><p>St Cecilia&#39;s Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic school that invites faith-filled people to work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. </p><p>Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for a full-time ongoing position as a Deputy Principal to commence at the beginning of 2022. Depending on the applicant&#39;s experience, another Position of Leadership would also be attached <i>eg. Teaching and Learning, REC, Numeracy, Literacy, ICT.</i></p><p><b>Applicants should be able to demonstrate: </b></p><ul><li>a sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards; </li><li>the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and families within the Catholic school and faith communities, demonstrating Catholic ethos, vision and values; </li><li>experience in data analysis at team level and whole school level; </li><li>excellent written and verbal communication skills and ICT skills; </li></ul><p>As a school, we value staff that work as part of a high performing team, and who are comfortable in an environment of ongoing improvement, self-reflection, coaching/mentoring and peer interaction.
