The Manager Wellbeing is accountable for the effective delivery of wellbeing services and supports to learning communities across our 80 primary and secondary schools.

We have recently established the Wellbeing Directorate at CEDP, and&nbsp;seek a highly skilled Wellbeing Manager who will provide leadership to the system in matters regarding the wellbeing of students and staff. With 24 direct reports in a combined team of 114 Wellbeing members, this senior role is critical to our mission for Catholic education to transform the learning of each student and enrich the professional lives of staff within a Catholic learning community.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Manager Wellbeing is accountable for the effective delivery of wellbeing services and supports to learning communities. This is achieved through:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing leadership to the Wellbeing Team (including wellbeing counsellors and specialist teams);</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring that learning communities receive quality services that are responsive, timely, effective and coordinated;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Developing and implementing system wide approaches and frameworks to address wellbeing of students and staff;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working collaboratively with leaders, teachers and other stakeholders to develop coordinated supports for vulnerable students and their families;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working collaboratively with system leaders to gather and analyse wellbeing data and recommend responses to identified needs;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Leading the team in development and review processes that promote professional growth.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Typical Experience and Qualifications:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study (Psychology, Social Work or similar);</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social workers (AASW) or registration with The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Leadership experience including leadership of teams and leadership of systemic change;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best people to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an employer of choice in our sector.
