We are seeking a dynamic, creative educator who is ready for an exciting and rewarding leadership role at Our Lady of Fatima, Rosebud. The successful applicant will coordinate and design new initiatives within our highly esteemed ‘Wellbeing and Learning Hub’ to co-lead with a great core leadership team through our next exciting cycle of strategic change.

<p>Our Lady of Fatima Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced full time Leader of Learning Inclusion, Engagement and Wellbeing (Diversity, Wellbeing and Success Planning/Intervention/Coach). This role includes a willingness to be a part of the Core Leadership Team of the school and is ongoing. This role may attract a POL for the successful candidate. </p><p>The Leader of Learning Inclusion, Engagement and Wellbeing will lead the centrally located <a href="https://www.fatimarosebud.catholic.edu.au/about-3" rel="nofollow">Wellbeing and Learning Hub</a>, ensure the provision of an inclusive educational culture and enhance educational opportunities for all students. They will coordinate, monitor and ensure targeted interventions for students with diverse learning needs, support staff to plan and deliver additional support for students with additional learning needs, and continue to embed a strong wellbeing culture. </p><p>In 2022 we embark on the next phase of strategic improvement after a successful review where, as a team, we are committed to a model of shared leadership and collaborative practice. Applicants must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria </b></p><p>Applicants are asked to respond to the following criteria in their application. </p><p> </p><p><b>Religious Leadership</b><br /></p><ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education. </li><li>Demonstrated capacity to lead staff through formation, witness and action, to enhance the Catholic identity of OLOF.</li></ul><p><b>Leading Learning and Teaching</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated capacity to implement high quality, evidence based pedagogical practices with a wellbeing, diversity and engagement lens.</li><li>Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership and dialogue for collaborative learning and teaching, leading to achieve the highest standards possible.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of the case management of students with additional learning needs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to use data to inform learning and teaching.</li><li>Detailed understanding of the Melbourne Archdiocese eXcel framework and ALLWAYS document.</li><li>Experience in implementing learning diversity processes and NCCD requirements including the consistent collection of classroom and playground data. </li><li>Competent skills and pedagogy around Google applications.</li></ul><p><b>Developing self and others</b><br /></p><ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to the continued development and growth of all learners; students and staff in wellbeing practices, with a focus on the diverse needs of students and engagement.</li><li>Initiative and a commitment to ongoing Professional Learning.</li></ul><p><b>Leading Improvement, innovation and change </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage innovations and change in alignment with strategic planning.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead a performance and development culture including coaching structures and conversations. </li></ul><p><b>Leading the management of the school </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated outstanding organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically in change management to contribute to educational outcomes at a school and/or system level.</li></ul><p><b>Engaging and Working with the Community </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders with empathy and understanding. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to contribute to the collective efficacy of an inclusive school. </li></ul><p><b>Child Safety </b></p><ul><li>Understanding and thorough implementation of the Child Safe Standards.</li><li>Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain an engaging and safe learning environment to ensure the dignity of the whole child. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p>All new staff at Our Lady of Fatima are required to complete an induction process prior to the commencement and to comply with the school’s Child Safe Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy. </p><p><b><i>Our Lady of Fatima Parish Primary School is a Child Safe environment.
