<p>Our Lady of Fatima Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced full time Leader of Learning Inclusion, Engagement and Wellbeing (Diversity, Wellbeing and Success Planning/Intervention/Coach). This role includes a willingness to be a part of the Core Leadership Team of the school and is ongoing. This role may attract a POL for the successful candidate. </p><p>The Leader of Learning Inclusion, Engagement and Wellbeing will lead the centrally located <a href="https://www.fatimarosebud.catholic.edu.au/about-3" rel="nofollow">Wellbeing and Learning Hub</a>, ensure the provision of an inclusive educational culture and enhance educational opportunities for all students. They will coordinate, monitor and ensure targeted interventions for students with diverse learning needs, support staff to plan and deliver additional support for students with additional learning needs, and continue to embed a strong wellbeing culture. </p><p>In 2022 we embark on the next phase of strategic improvement after a successful review where, as a team, we are committed to a model of shared leadership and collaborative practice.
