Likewise, all our staff have a part to play in providing this level of care. </p><p>Reporting to the Principal, the Dean of Students role extends across the breadth of our Student Care framework, wellbeing curriculum and programs, counselling services and House structure, and includes engagement with our students and their parents. You will be leading a well-resourced, experienced and expert team of Heads of House and Counsellors, providing them with guidance and support, particularly on more complex matters.
