<p>St Patrick’s College Sutherland is seeking to appoint an energetic and highly skilled teacher of TAS to join a highly professional and collaborative team of educators. </p><p>The successful applicant will be committed to the Catholic ethos of the College and utilise effective learning and teaching strategies and technologies to enhance 21st century pedagogy.</p><p><b>Essential Criteria</b></p><ul><li>A willingness to actively support and promote the Catholic, religious, academic and pastoral dimensions of College life </li><li>Appropriate tertiary qualifications and be approved to teach in NSW </li><li>Demonstrated excellence as a classroom practitioner </li><li>Knowledge of the relevant curriculum and experience teaching Stage 4 TAS and Stage 5 and 6 Timber</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices<br /></li><li>A commitment to academic excellence </li><li>An understanding of and ability to differentiate curriculum and assessment </li><li>High level communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to critically reflect on their own teaching practice </li><li>A willingness to be involved in the College&#39;s co-curricular activities</li></ul><p>Applicants for the above position should provide their curriculum vitae as well as a written response to the essential criteria to principal&#64;spcsutherland.catholic.edu.au.
